Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons only:

  • Manufacturing defects: The product arrived with a defect or flaw not caused by normal use.
  • Transit damage: The product was damaged during shipping. You must report transit damage within 72 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Wrong item received: You received a product different from what you ordered.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal preference.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@aizama.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions if your request is approved.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer exchanges or store credit. All approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return. All items must be returned in their original condition.
